ABOUT THE CHEF: Chef Neil “Nino” Thibodaux
Chef Nino was born in Franklin, Louisiana. A stint in the Air Force following substantial college as a F-15 jet mechanic integrated a month at a distant base around Cagliari in Sardinia.
